Non-Refundable Deposit Contract

The remaining balance of the total agreed-upon fee for DJ services is due six weeks or earlier from the date of the event. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in the cancellation of services, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Travel Fees Contract

- Meals and incidental expenses.

Cancellation Fee Policy

1. Cancellation Fees

In the event that a client cancels their booking for DJ services provided by CiLo Sounds LLC, the following cancellation fees will apply:

- Cancellation made 43 days or more before the scheduled event: No cancellation fee.

- Cancellation made between 42 days/6 weeks - 19 days before the scheduled event: 50% of the total agreed-upon fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

- Cancellation made 18 days/3 weeks or less before the scheduled event: 100% of the total agreed-upon fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

2. Payment of Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees must be paid within 7 days of the cancellation date. Payment can be made via credit or debit card, and details for payment will be provided upon cancellation.

To cancel a booking, clients must provide written notice via email, or certified mail. The cancellation date will be considered the date when the written notice is received by us.

4. Exceptions

Certain circumstances may warrant exceptions to the cancellation fees outlined above. Exceptions may include:

- Force majeure events beyond the control of the client or us (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather conditions).

- Unforeseen emergencies or extenuating circumstances with proper documentation.

5. Rescheduling

- A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total agreed upon fee is required to secure the booking. The deposit is due within 3 days of confirming the booking.

- The remaining balance of the total agreed-upon fee is due 6 weeks or earlier from the date of the event.

9. Liability

We will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client or event attendees, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate DJ services in cases of inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or breach of contract by the client or event attendees. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and the client will be responsible for any damages or losses incurred.
